One mans trash is another's treasure.

Go to the city, or well traveled spot and collect things you find in the street. You don't have to touch it or keep it. Maybe take a picture of it so you can reference it later. But if you do keep it, go for it. Use what you found in your next project or use that for sparking an idea.
